  • What is the process of content delivery in the courses?

Online, mainly via on demand (pre-recorded) sessions. Our courses are divided in four to six modules. Each module typically covers three to seven videos. After signing up in the course, contents appear sequentially throughout modules. None of the lecture is live and does not require reporting of attendance.


  • Do you provide a course certificate?

Yes, we do provide a course certificate after you have completed the course lectures and passed the MCQ tests with an average of 70%. As the courses are self-paced, you can complete the lectures and take the exam at your desired speed but within the course duration.


  • Are Research HUB courses accredited?

No. Research HUB courses are not accredited and we do not plan to do so. Our platform is mainly based on knowledge-sharing principle with least possible cost.


  • Do you have a course fee refund policy?

No, we do not have a refund policy. Once you have paid for the course and enrolled in it, we cannot refund the payment. Please read carefully the course content before enrolling.   • How can I contact instructors to get help about the course?

Only the premium courses include 30-45 minutes ZOOM consultation at the end. For other courses, participants may contact via email for support.


  • Do Research HUB offer on-campus courses?

Yes, we can arrange on-campus courses on request. Please contact us via email at [email protected].


  • Do Research HUB provide discounts on course fees?

No. We do not provide discounts for individuals. However, we provide waiver for institutional subscription. Please contact us at [email protected].
