The course instructor is Dr. Fang Zheng, an international business scholar with a PhD from the University of Agder and the University of Southern Denmark. Her research focuses on international management, with a particular emphasis on cross-cultural dynamics and leadership in global teams. Drawing on both academic insights and practical experience from working in embassies and multinational organizations, Dr. Zheng offers a rich, real-world perspective on fostering inclusion across cultures in today’s diverse workplaces.
